Benefit Services offers a complete benefit package to your clients and employees.  By using proven educational techniques, the O.C.A. wellness program provides customized, confidential guidance tools to help employees gain insight into maintaining or becoming a healthier person.

Through the use of My Expert Solution and Shape up the Nation, participants can utilize a combination of web tools to determine personal issues, utilize guided solutions, and track progress.  Webinars, audio pieces, and an in-depth library are just a few of the tools available for members to utilize for assistance with issues like stress, anxiety, finance, smoking cessation, weight lost, elder care, and relationships.  In addition to the self-help tools, we also draw upon the advantages created from positive peer pressure when utilizing social networking tools advantageously.   Our goal is to improve body, mind and soul to foster reduced health care costs associated with your health plan as well as soft costs associated with Absenteeism and Presenteeism.

In addition to internet solutions, we offer a more robust option with the expertise of Peter K who provides on-site fitness and nutritional coaching.
