cbrower@oca125.com Courtney Brower (extension 115) Courtney is a COBRA Administrator. In addition to processing election forms and participants’ monthly payments, Courtney also assists with answering questions related to COBRA. She is also responsible for processing Enrollment/Change/Termination, Debit Card and Direct Deposit forms received for all lines of service. Courtney also assists our COBRA clients with navigating our secure online web portal MyRSC.

rchristian@oca125.com Robert Christian (extension 111) Robert is our Operations Manager whose primary focus is maintaining and improving all aspects of our system’s operations and internal processes. With a background in IT, he works closely with our licensed software vendor to counsel and assist in implementing improvements, as well as resolving all high level issues for our clients. Robert also conducts some of our training programs, including the MyRSC web based data system.

tdavis@oca125.com Tiana Davis (extension 131) Tiana is a Client Service Representative whose primary focus is to serve as a point of contact for our client’s employee base in answering questions relating to claims, reimbursements, debit card transactions, functionality of an implemented plan and other common questions.

chibbs@oca125.com Chrissy Hibbs (extension 121) Chrissy is our COBRA Manager responsible for all aspects of the administration and communication of COBRA services. She works closely with the Brokers and our mutual clients during implementation. She continues to foster those relationships through training on the intricacies of COBRA and the usage of our on-line web portal for the plan administrator. In addition, Chrissy is responsible for executing all Change of Status, Debit Card and Direct Deposit forms, as well as future enrollments (excluding initial set-up) received for all lines of service.

He is responsible for sales and provides guidance for new business with respect to each line of service O.C.A. Benefit Services offers. This includes on-site visits with the client, conducting enrollment meetings with the employee base, as well as working as a liaison between the client, the broker and us to keep an open gateway of communication. Ross also serves as a point of contact to those in need of HSA assistance (whether to set-up a new account, assistance on an existing account or general information).

shonig@oca125.com Stephen Honig (extension 110) As President of our organization, Steve is responsible for all day-to-day activities, as well as the initial sale of new business with respect to each line of service O.C.A. Benefit Services’ offers. He also conducts on-site training seminars, including employee enrollment meetings, as well as maintaining accessibility to our clients in an effort to exceed a client’s level of service expectations. Steve also serves as a point of contact to those in need of HSA assistance (whether to set-up a new account, assistance on an existing account or general information).

ckeefe@oca125.com Coleen Keefe (extension 117) Coleen is an Accounts Receivable Associate whose primary responsibilities involve billing and collections for all lines of service. She handles all remitted payments for internal processing, including our monthly EFT drafts. Coleen also assists our clients with any inquiries regarding open balances, invoices, general account questions or assistance with any adjustments/credits that may need to be applied.

dklinck@oca125.com David Klinck (extension 122) David serves as our Implementation Specialist and is responsible for the creation of Plan Documents, educational materials, and distribution of all initial materials and follow-up throughout the initial process for a new organization. He is also responsible for conducting all aspects of on-line training for utilization of our on-line web portal MyRSC. Additionally, David handles the implementation of mid-year plan design amendments, as well as generating utilization reports.

mklinck@oca125.com Monica Klinck (extension 120) Monica is the Lead Claims Analyst responsible for adjudicating and processing claims received either via fax, mail or email on a daily basis, she also serves as a point of contact for our clients’ needing assistance with common questions relating to claims, reimbursements, etc. Monica is integral in conducting audits when necessary, as well as solving issues involving reimbursement payouts, pay provider or EFT options.

jkuczynski@oca125.com Joanne Kuczynski (extension 137) Joanne is our Compliance Administrator who is responsible for implementing and conducting all facets of 5500 reporting and discrimination testing at the request of our clients. She also works directly with the broker community to navigate the needs in the developing a Wrap Document to assist our clients with meeting the demands imposed in today’s world of increasing compliance requirements.

jmannino@oca125.com Josie Mannino (extension 132) Josie is the Lead Client Service Representative whose primary function is to serve as the main point of contact for key client’s and their employee base in answering questions relating to claims, reimbursements, debit card transactions, functionality of an implemented plan and other common questions. She has the ability to speak Spanish, thus assists with translating for our Spanish population. Josie is also responsible for facilitating all aspects of HSAToday.

This includes working with O.C.A. Clients, Brokers, and Partners to resolve conflicts, provide training, and ensure continuity of services while improving our quality assurance practices.

She assists our clients with common questions and ensures our clients are directed to the best person suited to assist in our clients’ needs. Moriah is also integral to the O.C.A. team by assisting with many facets of our daily operations.

aosborne@oca125.com Andrew Osborne (extension 124) Andrew is a Client Service Representative whose primary function is to serve as a point of contact for our FSA clients’ with respect to Contribution Billing Reports. The Contribution Billing Reports are essential to ensure the accuracy of a company’s payroll and O.C.A.’s records relating to appropriate and timely claim reimbursements. He is also responsible for processing Enrollment/Change/Termination, Debit Card and Direct Deposit forms relating to FSA. Andrew also assists our clients with their day-to-day inquiries relating to claims, reimbursements, debit cards, etc. and provides training on the use of our secure web portal MyRSC.
